I am a women's empowerment coach, speaker, and story-weaver. I help women in their 40s and beyond slow down and make sense of their life's journey by unearthing the treasures hidden deep within their souls and claiming their destinies.

A deep dive into self-enquiry enables them to discover their deepest desires, their true identity. Together we build the foundations of their new life vision and create a life by design based on their core values and their most authentic selves.

About Your Coach and Speaker

As a guest speaker, I often share my own healing journey and nuggets of wisdom on topics such as women's empowerment, self-worth, and recovery.

I believe that each individual has the power to heal from their past wounds and live a purposeful life. It has become my life's mission to encourage other women to share their stories and become beacons of hope for those still trapped in their suffering.

Experiences That Led Me to Become A Coach

Before becoming a coach, I lived in Paris and worked for PR agencies in various sectors. I had the opportunity to deliver talks and presentations, including one to the Minister of Tourism in St. Lucia.

I also accompanied French journalists on trips to St. Lucia, Hong Kong, and Bangkok, organized press launches in Paris, and ensured positive media coverage.

During my time in Paris, I developed a passion for sourcing and collecting unique vintage and antique pieces. Through years of exploring flea markets, I honed my eye for finding preloved treasures, repurposing them, and showcasing them in a new light.

Upon returning to the UK to raise my family, I continued to indulge in my passion for buying and selling vintage and antique pieces. My home became a testament to sustainable style, filled with an eclectic mix of flea market finds, bartered-for bargains, vintage textiles, and artefacts from around the world, each with its own unique story.

In 2006, I received a shock diagnosis of highly aggressive breast cancer. This experience sent me on a deep journey of healing and self-discovery. I confronted the inner wounds that had been neglected for so long, including hiding behind masks, people-pleasing, and perfectionism.

Through this courageous inward journey, I learned to advocate for myself, discovered my true identity, and found my life's purpose - to help other women who may feel lost, stuck, or unfulfilled to do the same.

What I Do Now

It is no coincidence that my love for repurposing vintage objects now extends to repurposing my clients' lives. I believe in helping them rediscover their true selves and live authentic lives.

In search of a slower pace of life, I recently relocated to Devon with my husband. Here, I continue to expand my life vision and serve the world simultaneously. My focus is on empowering women in midlife to find their voice, live authentic lives, and reinvent themselves - all with a touch of sustainable style.
